Psychotherapy

I have been working with clients for over twenty years and provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families to understand and reduce turmoil and maximize satisfaction and achieve one’s greatest potential. I embody a compassionate, understanding, and respectful approach to all who want to be heard, understood, and validated. Implementing evidence-based cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic theories in treatment along with a supportive therapeutic approach, I tailor my approach to each individual’s unique circumstances. I work with a diverse group of people including high-profile clients in business, entertainment, and technology to help them achieve their full potential, and I would do the same work to help you. I’ve also trained other psychologists and have a special interest and experience working with individuals and couples looking to create families, and the LGBTQ population.

Payment

I am happy to discuss payment and insurance questions with you. I am an out of network provider and provide an invoice to you if you plan to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier. Payment is requested at the time of service.
